The Gott boys, who operate Palisades Market in Calistoga, took over this classic Napa Valley roadside stand in St. Helena and are thrilling the locals.
Robert Parker Jr. raved about the hamburgers, and while they're really good, the ahi tuna sandwich on a yellow-y soft egg bun is the single best thing Taylor's serves. It has a fabulous ginger/wasabi mayo that brings you back for another bite and the crunch of Asian slaw is a pleasant textural touch.
Hint: check out Best Milkshakes in Napa Valley… because the ones served at Taylor's are the Ne Plus Ultra of Milkshakedom. Awesome!
